Type 1A1 is a flat grinding wheel (parallel grinding wheel), suitable for cylindrical grinding, surface finishing and stainless steel grooving. It is made of resin bond and CBN abrasive. The outer diameter, aperture and thickness can be customized. Typical specifications are 125×10×31.75mm (outer diameter×thickness×aperture).
Slotting and profile grinding of stainless steel shafts and gear hobs;
Surface finishing and polishing of hardened steel and high-speed steel molds.
